The service of money transfer from card to card is performed by the partner Fenige Sp. z o.o., located at: ul. Promiennej 10, 03-672 Warszawa, registered by the District Court of the capital of Warsaw, KRS 0000461471, NIP 118-209-20-36, REGON 146693435.
In accordance with the rules and regulations of VISA and MasterCard payment systems, the client is guaranteed a refund in cases where the transaction was not completed or did not comply with the agreement.
In this case, the cardholder can file a complaint with its Bank, and if the complaint is justified, the cardholder receives a refund. This procedure is called "chargeback" and is used by all payment organizations, not just our system.
We do not have access to the customer's payment card numbers. They do not get into our system and are not stored by us. The service guarantees maximum reliability thanks to a solution where the card number is entered directly by the client, and the issuing bank verifies and confirms the data for making the transfer.
The highest level of security is achieved using 3D Secure (Verified by VISA) and 128-bit SSL encryption (thawte SSL certificate).
