How it works

To send a transfer, just register. Registration is free and takes only a few minutes.

The transfer can be sent immediately after receiving the registration confirmation, without any additional formalities, you just need to specify the details of the transfer recipient (cash transfer in US dollars) and the recipient’s payment card number (transfer to the card in UAH).

Payment for the transfer is made by your payment card and is similar to purchases or payments that you make online.

The card verification process is performed for the transfer sender in the service’s personal account. Thus, without any documents, you confirm that the card belongs to you, and also receive transfers with the highest priority and increased limit.

1. After registration in the personal account choose the function to validate the card.
2. Enter your card details and confirm the payment. The system informs you about the withdrawal of the amount with a nominal value of “10.00”, in fact, another amount is blocked on your account, which is a confirmation code.
3. Using online banking or a contact center, find out what the actual amount was blocked on your account.
4. Go back to the personal account and enter the amount-code you got for the card, which was confirmed. You have three attempts to complete the operation.
5. If the amount-code matches, the card will be successfully confirmed, and the amount debited will be returned to your card within three banking days.

Transfer to a card in UAH
The recipient receives the transfer to the card of any Ukrainian Bank within a few minutes after it is sent.

Cash transfer in US dollars (USD)
The recipient can receive cash at any of the 3,500 locations, including the largest Ukrainian banks. PrivatBank clients, after receiving the transfer control number, can transfer funds to their currency card using the banking application and choosing the Welsend system
Partner banks for the payment of cash

The transfer fee is 1,99% of the amount, plus 0,49 EUR.
There are no other additional fees

High limits for transfers:
USD 2,000 / day
USD 10,000 / month

Minimum transfer amount:
to the card – 1 USD

We guarantee that each transfer sent will be paid to the recipient’s card or ready for payment by the recipient no later than 10 minutes from the moment of its implementation.

Receipt of cash transfer depends on the opening hours of the chosen bank branch, or can be credited to PrivatBank card 24 hours a day.

In some cases, the recipient’s Bank may require more time to process the payment. In this case, you can specify the reasons for the delay by writing to us in the contact form.
